Proposal Information

Description:

The Workforce Reporting and Analysis Unit seeks a motivated Spring Intern to support the evaluation of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) program's effectiveness in delivering services and achieving employment outcomes. The intern will assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data on participant demographics, service utilization, training completion rates, job placements, wage progression, and long-term retention metrics; prepare visualizations, summary reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders; and contribute to recommendations for program improvements. The position requires (strongly recommends) proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerBi, and at least one statistical tool, strong analytical and communication skills, and a demonstrated interest in workforce development.
