Proposal Information

Description:

The Engineering/Data Analysis Intern will assist the supervisor in analyzing utility performance in resiliency, reliability, and emergency response. Reviews include providing critical analysis of and technical insight on matters involving the planning, design, maintenance, operations, and expansion of utility services and their infrastructure. Resiliency reviews should consider selective undergrounding, asset hardening, and flexibility/switching capabilities. Analysis of emergency response includes monitoring Major/Minor storm costs, and the reasonableness of these costs as they pertain to the event and the level of resources obtained by the utility. Utility performances should be compared to expected indices established in our service standards, historical performances, circuit analyses, corrective actions taken, and future benefits to customers.
