Job description
The NYS OGS State Surplus Property Program reviews and approves surplus declarations, facilitates property transfer requests, and generates revenue utilizing and online auction service for both personal property (non-vehicles) and vehicles.
Seeking a candidate to centralize performance metrics, establish consolidated repositories for existing and new data, research discrepancies, and eventually transition record to Microsoft Smartsheet.
The hours of operation for the State Surplus Property Program at 8:00am to 4:00pm, weekdays, and the candidate must work a minimum of 10 hours, but no more than 30 hours, per week. A schedule can be communicated with, and mutually agreed upon, with the management of the State Surplus Property Program.
