Proposal Information

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to assist with our change management initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Change Management within the Leadership Development Office at the Department of Labor, the Change Management Intern will play a vital role in ensuring the successful implementation of change initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience in organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement. The intern will help develop content and training materials, as well as coordinate, apply, and track change management tools and activities. Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking change management activities.
Ensure the completion of tasks, gather feedback, conduct training sessions, and deliver communications in various formats. Develop and refine training materials, presentations, and communication content for change initiatives. Utilize change management tools like stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, and readiness surveys.

 

Skills:

Strong written/verbal/organization skill

Interest in Change Management

Attention to Detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Familiarity with AI technologies
