Proposal Information

Description:

This position will work within the Audit Unit to make routine determinations of compliance with agency rules and regulations to support the processing of claims funded by the Office of Children and Family Services, prepare routine correspondence to various stakeholders, and assist in the review and evaluation of payment related reports.
Daily tasks will include but are not limited to the review of financial paperwork such as receipts and invoices, data entry, and related administrative tasks. This position will work as part of a small team.

The unit operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a 7.5-hour shift (two 15-minutebreaks and 30-minute lunch). During the school year an intern may work around their class schedule within the hours of operation above and during the summer can work up to 37.5 hours a week.
