Description:
The Training Assistant will assist the Agency Training Coordinator of the Department.
The duties of this position include:
* Developing a training program by determining course content, method of presentation, and course materials.
* Conducting in-person or virtual training courses to applicable staff using pre-approved lesson plans.
* Evaluating training courses through use of questionnaires.
* Managing and maintaining agency training records.
