Proposal Information

Description:

The positions would be to learn/support guidance staff in daily functions. This includes preparing folders for the parole board, preparing material for group sessions (ASAT, ART, and RRU). Presenting information to group participants in ASAT and RRU. Guidance staff are willing to work with the interns up to 16 hours per week for each intern. Interns should have a working knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and outlook. It is hoped that this opportunity will provide interns with the opportunity to become aware of the role the department plays in public safety and the rehabilitation of individuals, for their successful reentry to society.
