Proposal Information
Description:
Work hours range from as early as 8 AM to as late as 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
Tasks will include:
Working with unit staff to process contracts and contract amendments
Assist with preparing federal applications and progress reports
Attending staff meetings and in-house unit trainings
Working on the development of and analyzing spending plans
Running Oracle fiscal summary reports
Assisting with B-1184s, PTAPs, procurement binders and other control agency documents
Preparing memos to other DCJS offices
Working in Grants Gateway and GMS
Assist with the preparation and reviews for RFPs
Work in the PMT, FFATA and Death in Custody federal reporting systems
