Description:
- Monday - Friday 8:30 -4:30 or 9-5
- Assist applicants by phone and by email for GMS registration and technical issues
- Assist program representatives with readying and sending contract and purchase order packets to Finance -Fiscal close outs, and site visits for monthly statistical reports MWBE data
-Create project applications in GMS and Gateway
-Email award notices and legislative information to grantees.
- Assist Representatives with reach outs to grantees for information and documentation
