Proposal Information

Description:

This position is located at Bennington Battlefield State Historic Site in Rensselaer County. The intern's duties would include supporting the interpretation of the site and working on special projects, as assigned. The work would entail operating an information table, leading tours, designing and delivering educational programs and completing staff-led projects, including but not limited to making physical improvements to the site that enhance the visitor experience. On-site housing is available at no cost to participating interns.

Pay - $14.20/hr.
Hours - 20-40 hours/week (flexible and based on number of interns hired and their internship start date)
Dates of Internship (approximately) - June-August (flexible, ideal candidates available to 8/16)
