Proposal Information

Description:

The Business Services Center provides financial and human resource transaction processing for most Executive Branch State agencies. The HRIT (Human Resources Information Technology) Central portion of the team manages and maintains two of the systems in which human resource transactional processing occurs.

The perfect candidate would have business curiosity, some technical acumen, and the ability to think creatively to solve business problems. The incumbent will have the opportunity to learn all about Government data and have hands-on experience to share with future employers. Daily tasks will center around the Leave & Accrual Tracking System (LATS) Mobile app project and may include updating employee accounts, tracking and processing information returned by employees involved in testing, and documenting results.
Daily tasks could also include reviewing and documenting internal procedures to aid in continuous improvement of the processes within the team.
The candidate will attend business meetings and internal working sessions to assist with note taking.

Typical hours will be Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm, but willing to adjust this schedule for the ideal candidate.
