Proposal Information

Description:

ITS End User Services (EUS) group, is seeking Student Intern's within the Service Desk team to assist in providing quality technology and hardware support under the direct supervision of higher level staff. Duties include but are not limited the following: using ServiceNow to keep track of tickets throughout its life-cycle (update, follow up and resolve to completion), when required, assist the service desk in the phone queue by answering calls and troubleshooting level 1 support tickets, assisting with the deployment of new equipment, assisting in imaging machines and coordinating shipment of equipment, software installs, collecting information for the equipment inventory, and printer issues.
