Proposal Information

Description:

Under the direction of the Deputy Director of the Project Management team and IES PMO Administrative Specialist, the Student Assistant will assist the PMO team with various activities including creating reports, process documentation activities, and administrative tasks.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Assist with collection and documentation of SharePoint Requirements
* Assist with Share Point Access Requests.
* Produce project management reports, dashboards as well as ad-hoc report requests.
* Under direction of Administration Specialist, works closely with project managers to support project Budgets including project actuals and project budget baselines.
* Under direction of Administrative Specialist, works closely with IES Operations and project managers to manage and track action items and decisions related to the project budget process.
* May support Project Managers on the onboarding process for vendor deliverable-based contractors
* Create process documents
* Assist Administrative Specialist with program documentation including organize, write, edit, publish and maintain documentation using appropriate software including MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio and MS Project)
* Assist with special or ad hoc assignments
* May be asked to assist with meeting agenda and meeting minutes

Minimum Qualifications:
* Current Graduate student maintaining a 3.0 GPA or better
* MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio and MS Project)

 

Skills:

MS Office/Visio/SharePoint proficiency

NYS/NYC Government knowledge preferred

Excellent verbal/written communication

Health and Human Services experience

Governmen/ITS/Asst Proj Mgr Career Track
