Description:
Interns will assist Board of Parole executive and administrative staff with duties needed to support the mission of the Board of Parole. Interns will assist in supporting the Parole Board Commissioners and helping to ensure the duties of the Board are fulfilled. This will include, but is not limited to, understanding the role of the Board in the administration of justice; how parole interviews are conducted and decided; how special conditions are imposed in cases where the individual will be released from incarceration; and handling correspondences from the general public and officials. Interns will work between 8 - 20 hours per week.
