Description:
Under guidance of senior research staff, intern will assist in the development and production of a formal report to the Executive and Legislative branches on the effects of trauma on child development and learning. Anticipated tasks include: design and implementation of a comprehensive literature search across multiple disciplines (e.g., psychology, education, health) summarizing and synthesizing professional articles and research studies, identification of promising assessment tools and practice interventions, and report writing. Student will have an opportunity to work with senior staff to identify and craft policy recommendations.
