Description:
Daily tasks include reviewing grantee financial vouchers & fiscal cost reports, pulling financial documentation from an Oracle suite database system, entering program data by budget category into excel spreadsheets (i.e. "voucher summaries") for review and analysis by Sr. Grant Auditors, and inputting supporting documentation into OASC's audit software tool, TeamMate.
The office is open Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM. During the school year, we would ask for 16 hours a week by the intern, with a minimum of 4 hours a day to provide adequate work-flow for the department. During the summer-break the intern would be entitled to work upwards of 37.5 hours a week (full-time).
