Description:
Assist and coordinate the development of a family toolkit to communicate available services and access points, particularly for children with both mental health and developmental disabilities' concerns:
* Coordinate the activities of a cross-system workgroup to identify workplan tasks and a timeline to complete the family toolkit.
* Conduct research, compile information, summarize information digestible for multiple audiences, and facilitate workgroup and focus groups.
* Meeting coordination, agenda setting, phone outreach, stakeholder engagement, regular communication via email to gather information and move project forward.
* Content development of the toolkit.
* Due to the temporary nature of this assignment, tight adherence to the workplan will be necessary.
Assist in technical assistance provision to counties implementing a System of Care framework.
* Research to package technical assistance materials for counties' requesting assistance.
* Review data and reports for trends on needed technical assistance.
* Make recommendations on needed technical assistance based on data review.
* Assist in developing a workplan for addressing lower performing areas of implementation.
