Description:

The mission of the Office of Children and Family Services is to serve New York's public by promoting the safety, permanency and well-being of our children, families and communities. We will achieve results by setting and enforcing policies, building partnerships, and funding and providing quality services.

The agency Public Information Office is a communications team that is dedicated to supporting agency programs and managing the agency's internal and external messaging. Communication interns will:

* Draft content and update agency website
* Update social media accounts
* Assist with event planning
* Assist with agency newsletters
* Review and draft correspondence

Typical Hours: Variable
Days & Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
