Description:
Assist with Statewide and Local Labor Management meetings as outlined in negotiated contract agreement- solicit agenda items, reports, record keeping. Work with program management to obtain subject matter experts as needed. Track progress on action items after meetings. Work with management on range of issues, develop facilitation skills, identify and communicate concerns, problem solving. Observe Labor Management process
Identify challenges of supervising remote staff (telecommuting). Participate in developing supervisor training focused on addressing these challenges within requirements of negotiated contract agreement.
Review and evaluate ERO work process and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement, outreach and ways to increase awareness with program. Develop critical and creative thinking skills, propose solutions.
