Description:
Review of incoming request for conference, researching to determine if within statue.
Creating cases to be worked by conferees.
Assisting with case scheduling.
Researching Tax Law.
Using and creating various reports in Cognos and Excel.
Answering taxpayer phone calls regarding requests, conferences and scheduling.
Using interpreter services.
