Description:
The Department of Motor Vehicles Operations Testing and Investigations unit is looking for enthusiastic students interested in DMV and supporting the Road Test Scheduling Unit.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Collect DMV road test data through various channels (email, phone, database),
* Analyze data using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and/or SharePoint
* Create reports in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel
* Visit DMV road test sites and meet with DMV staff
* Prepare written directions for routine tasks
* Maintain uniform ordering process for DMV Road-test staff
* Maintain hardware inventory of DMV Road-test scoring tablets
* Work with vendor for hardware support for DMV Road-test scoring tablets
* Work in a team environment
* Work on project teams and participate in utilizing Project Management tools and methodologies
*Other tasks as needed
