Proposal Information

Description:

Daily tasks would include monitoring the ASU voicemail, logging information into the voicemail tracker and providing information to supervisors to determine action. Emergency Award payments are a top priority and would need to be processed as soon as they are received in ASU. Ongoing tasks would include going into the grant payment file to process grant payments as well as tracking and updating logs. Assisting with various assignments related to the SOECK warehouse would be expected. The student assistant would also help manage fleet reservations for the agency which includes updating related logs and moving/driving the vehicles as needed.
