Proposal Information

Description:

Under the direction of the IES Budget Analyst, the Student Assistant will assist the Operations team with various activities including governance, procurement and contracts, resourcing, and budget and finance.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Assist with claims review and processing, tracking and sub allocation requests;
* Assist with monitoring internal financial controls and procedures including change control and contracts;
* Assist with maintaining project operating budgets to track projections and actuals for all IES spending and reporting;
* Work with the PMO office to populate budget templates for each project and with ITS counterparts on ongoing spend plan and budgetary updates;
* Track state and consultant performance evaluations for timely completion and follow up for any corrective action;
* Track, monitor and inform when contract dates are expiring timely to assist with procurement;
* Report on KPIS for all resourcing processes;
* Assist with change requests;
* Assist with RFQs;
* Assist with RFP development and tracking;
* Manage and track program process and lifecycles;
* Special projects as assigned by IES Budget Analyst.

Excellent verbal and writing skills

MS Office/Visio/Project proficiency

NYS/NYC government knowledge

Health/Human Services Prgms knowledge
