Description:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with financial analysis for OGS and hosted agencies.
- Running agency rosters and providing an analysis.
- Reporting on targets and position fills.
- Running various financial reports.
- Prepare billings and verify the accuracy of invoices paid.
- Prepare and submit journal entries in the Statewide Financial System.
- Researching data needed to pay invoices.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
