Description:
Basic Function:
To evaluate and process exception reports and work with applicants to cure their applications.

Work Performed:
Reviewers will be required to examine a variety of supporting documents (e.g. tax documents, bank statements, etc.) and compare against information provided by applicants on their application form. Internet research on applicant businesses may also be required.
A reviewer will be responsible for tracking progress on each application, conducting outreach to applicants to help correct errors or missing information in their applications and answering applicant questions.
Data entry and some data analysis will also be required.
