Description:
Monday - Friday 9-5
Meeting the teams, participating in group chats and brainstorms
Creating flyers, documents, and training to help promote and educate BSC Customers (Employees, Agencies, Vendors) about the portal and other self-service resources
Helping create internal references for staff to use when working transactions, tickets or forms.
Update Help Center, RightNow, and SharePoint.
Candidates should be able to:
1. Ability to create, update, and maintain SharePoint Sites and Pages
2. Writing HR and Finance questions and answers to promote self-service using Oracle RightNow
3. PowerPoint and training design skills for creating RightNow training guides
4. Ability to design writing guides and information flyers
5. Copy editing skills for help center questions and answers and website content
6. Ability to collect, tabulate, and analyze data for reports and at the request of the service lines.
