Description:
Basic Function:
The primary responsibility of the Intern will be to assist with the operation of the Finger Lakes Regional Economic Development Council (FLREDC) in its charge to improve the overall economic climate in the 9-county Greater Rochester region, especially related to any business interaction with New York State. The intern will work under the direction of FLREDC Executive Director.

Work Performed:
The intern will assist with the activities of the FLREDC, including, but not limited to Council meetings, the Executive Committee, various work teams, and public outreach. The intern will conduct research and also be responsible for helping with any other governmental tasks as requested by the Office of Governor Hochul or Lt. Governor Benjamin.
