Description:
Basic Function:
Assist HR Department to develop onboarding and professional development programs to assist new ESD staff to acclimate to ESD and to broaden knowledge of ESD.

Work Performed:
Intern will work with HR teams and EVP Admin to:
1) Assess current onboarding
2) Review and survey onboarding and professional development programs of other agencies
3) Suggest onboarding programs and implementation plan for ESD
4) Suggest programs or practices that provide professional development opportunities
5) Develop and write policies and procedures to help ESD implement and sustain programs
6) Assist with other related Human Resources functions
