Proposal Information

Description:

Division of Employment and Workforce Solutions - 599 Central Review & Trade Adjustment Assistance unit: Our summer intern will work with the 599 Central Review Unit and the Trade Act Unit to update our procedures and document them accurately, including internal and public facing documents. Procedures are used by all levels of staff in the units, by career center staff and by customers. Procedural documents must be unified in appearance and utilize plain language.

Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Knowledge of general business procedures, must possess or obtain in-depth familiarity with industry or firm-specific standards and methods. Additional essential skills include the ability to listen well and have adaptability. Good communication, organization, written expression, time management, multitask and manage multiple responsibilities at once.
