Description:
* Respond to the technical and operational needs of the Department of Labor's (DOL) Telephone Claims Centers (TCC)
* Build and develop new and enhance existing business processes
* Attend meetings and collaborate with Unemployment Insurance (UI) Subject Matter
Experts to build and create Knowledge articles in Salesforce to be used by TCC agents
* Participate in UI modernization efforts and projects
* Prepare documents and reports, including correspondence to various stakeholders
* Define areas of improvement
* Respond to inquiries via email and phone
* Assist with other special projects as needed
