Proposal Information

Description:

* Work with the Diadromous unit biologists and other staff to organize, catalogue, and archive collections of scale and otolith samples from long term monitoring surveys.
* Photograph images of striped bass slide presses and create an electronic storage system of images.
* Set, section, and age otoliths for striped bass, alewife, and menhaden.
* Help promote otolith collection efforts from field surveys, cooperative anglers, and commercial fish markets.
* Assist with field work as needed for Diadromous unit surveys and other projects.
