Description:
1. Assist in the data collection and processing of First Episode Psychosis (FEP) reports.
2. Follow-up with health plans on delinquent reports.
3. Manage workflow of data collection, quality assurance processing, up to uploading of the reports into a database.
4. Keep a log of processed submissions in a database for use in quality incentive analytics.
5. Produce reports linking FEP submissions with Quality Incentive dollars.
6. Write SAS codes and create Tableau visualization workbooks on FEP management reports.
7. Run quality assurance tests on reports prior to distribution.
8. Run routine and adhoc reports/data analyses to respond to specific questions from stakeholders/leadership pertaining to FEP using SAS, SQL, or other software tools.
9. Assist in the development of a database to monitor the Managed Care complaints mailbox.
10. Produce summary reports of complaints information using statistical analyses.
11. Assist in other various adhoc requests on Managed Care utilization and costs.
Skills:
1, Ability to code in SAS and SAS SQL
2.Knowledtge of Tableau, Excel, Word
3Knowledge of Medicaid, BH, Managed Care
4 Written and oral English proficiency
5.Ability to work in a team environment
