Proposal Information
Description:
Work in Division of Water Program, primarily work will include the following:
Assist staff in the preparation for inspections, writing inspection reports, communicate with permittees, review reports
*Will require some field work, use of proper personal protective equipment will be required (boots)*
Records Management
* Paper file management (sort/verify and cull/file).
* Electronic document management (scan/name/e-file).
Data Management
* Evaluate and update the compliance program's Excel, including the use of Visual Basic programming for creating correspondence documents
* Add additional data field/information as necessary.
Note: All work must be done in accordance with CDC guideline for social distancing, will be required to wear a mask when within 6 feet of people
Will be required to follow Standard Operating Procedure: Guidance for Field Work During COVID-19 Pandemic
