GENERAL
Are you interested in data? Are you curious about the strategy behind data capture? Do you have a passion for travel? If so, this internship is for you! Assist with the measurement and development of digital content and strategy for Empire State Development's I LOVE NY tourism marketing program. This is a REMOTE internship, so you can be located anywhere that has an internet connection!

DUTIES

¿ Compile and analyze data to track and improve performance of I LOVE NY's digital KPI's across various channels (website, email, app and social)
¿ Assist the team with ad-hoc analyses to answer questions about user behavior and opportunities
¿ Help the team on research projects to develop hypothesis for A/B testing

Must haves
¿ Able to receive college credit: must be enrolled in an accredited college or university bachelors or masters degree program
¿ Basic understanding of digital marketing
¿ Proficiency in digital platforms including web, mobile and social media
¿ Comfortable using Excel to analyze data and create reports
¿ Attention to detail and data accuracy
¿ Intuitive mindset to drive new insights from data
¿ Willingness to learn on the job

STUDENT: You must submit your school's requirements if you are requesting internship credits

Skills:

Prior digital analytics internship exp.

Exp. traveling/living/studying in NYS

Exp. w/digital & social analytics tools

Experience with SEO

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint & Word
