Proposal Information
Description:
* Learns and assists in responding to technology support requests regarding network access and district systems
* Learns and assists in creating and providing documentation of processes and information to assist the network
technology team and end users with troubleshooting telephony, video conferencing and network problems
* Learns and assists in providing troubleshooting and support for compatibility of network hardware and software
* Learns and assists with data cabling, copper & fiber cable pulls and cable testing
* Learns and assists with security vulnerability scanning and mitigation
* Typical hours will be 9am to 5pm and typical days will be Monday through Friday
