Description:

*Development of Law Enforcement - Training Guides; PowerPoint Presentations and Assessment/Evaluation tools
*Training format will include In-person, instructor-led classroom presentations; Video content and online course development
*Will work with professionals in the agency such as researchers; Sworn Members; Division Counsel and Civilians and training partner agencies like Government (DCJS, local municipalities) and non-Government Partners in training ACLU, ADL, etc.

Applicants must meet the New York State Student Intern Eligibility Requirements in order to apply for an internship.

In addition to uploading your resume onto the New York State Student Intern Program portal, a New York State Police Application for Internship, a New York State Police Release of Information form, a letter of recommendation from your school and most recent transcripts MUST also be submitted. *Prior to beginning an Internship, the student must pass a background investigation. This process could take up to two (2) months to complete.
