Proposal Information
Description:
Provide supportive services to the State Supplement Program (SSP) Policy Bureau. Services include conducting studies, surveys, and/or research. The incumbent will also review regulations, laws, and SSA policies, formulating policy recommendations where appropriate. They will assist in the development of the SSP Policy manual by collecting information and ensuring that the material is easily understood and accurate. Strong writing skills are required to draft proposals for new regulations, directives, and policy guidelines while also drafting letters regarding explaining various aspects of law, regulations, and procedures.
