Description:
Student Assistant would perform substantial evidence review of appealed Board Panel decisions. This would entail researching the relevant issues, making a recommendation and drafting a memo in support of that position. If the recommendation is to amend or rescind, an amended decision or a superseding decision would be drafted. Student Assistant would work in the Office of General Counsel for a minimum of 15 hours per week. The Office of General Counsel is open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM.
