Proposal Information

Description:

Assist Accounts Payable with payments

Organize and assist with the processing of employee Expense Reports

Perform Vendor Responsibility investigations for the Contract Management Specialists

Work with vendors to resolve Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable issues

Prepare New York State Police Escort billings including the final processing of payments

Process bank reconciliations for various New York State Police bank accounts.


Applicants must meet the New York State Student Intern Eligibility Requirements in order to apply for an internship.

*Prior to beginning an Internship, the student must pass a background investigation. This process could take up to two (2) months to complete.
