Description:
- The intern will work with SPTC administrative and IT related staff to "clean up" student data and enrollment numbers through the Statewide Learning Management System (SLMS) and assist with other registration projects. There is also a lot of manual data entry related to SLMS and the new course registration process as well as course completion data that is required.
- The intern would assist with checking students in at the beginning of a course, as well as entering course evaluation data into Snap Survey and creating reports. Everything related to course delivery from preparing for and cleaning up after lunches, preparing course material, and setting up course materials in classrooms will also be a portion of the daily duties of the intern.
- The intern will research items for purchase, assist with the preparation of procedures or work instructions, create spreadsheets, update training material and presentations, and assist on various projects as needed.
- The intern will work with the Logistic Manager assisting in the inventory and distribution of training equipment and materials before, during and after training courses.
- Normal work hours are Monday - Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., however evenings and weekends may be required depending on the training courses.
