Proposal Information

Description:

The intern will be responsible for assisting with the development, implementation and data analysis of diverse research projects related to Forest Health topics. Duties include: reviewing scientific literature to provide recommendations to the Research Scientist on survey design, data collection methods and data analysis; organizing, interpreting and summarizing data to provide usable information; locating and utilizing historical databases within the DEC and online data resources to supplement field data; producing GIS products that summarize or enhance the presentation of research results.
Office hours 8am-4pm, M-F.
