Intern(s) will collect and account for cash received for inmates; order and pay for products ordered by inmate organizations; complete daily banking and all associated processes; issue inmate release cards and all associated JPay payments; manage deposits and payments from five agency accounts using Quicken; issue checks from accounts and complete the mailing process; and complete daily, weekly and monthly reports.
