Description:
The intern would work with Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) policy staff on a HEAP vendor agreement project.
The desired outcome of the vendor agreement project will result in an updated HEAP vendor network and database in preparation for a conversion from an outside vendor to in-house State based solution.
The ideal candidate would possess strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work with various stakeholders including heating fuel commodity and heating ventilation and air conditioning vendors, local department of social services staff, and state information technology staff. Additionally, the intern candidate will be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs and possess the ability to develop articulate conclusions from data analysis.
Minimum of 20 hours per week.
