Proposal Information
Description:
Tasks may include, but are not limited to:
* Support, install, diagnose, maintain, and repair hardware (desktops, laptops, tablets, peripheral devices)
* Support software, applications, network, and telecommunication issues
* Provide account management support including account creation and password resets
* Support and process file services requests
* Provide Help Desk support
o Phone, email, chat, and in-person IT assistance provided to customer
o Work with mentor, with emphasis on analysis and problem-solving techniques
o Developing technical expertise with end user / client desktops
* Assist customers regarding cybersecurity
Hours are to be during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
