Description:

1. Assist professional staff in the production of reports and ad hoc requests pertaining to the implementation of Managed Behavioral Health.
2. Assist in management and analysis of BH service utilization and costs.
3. Assist in the development and maintenance of information reporting systems to evaluate health plan performance.
4. Assist professional staff in data mining and data analytics using SAS, Tableau, Excel, ARCGIS
5. Assist professional staff in developing network adequacy measures and standards for network sufficiency.
6. Assist professional staff in data report specification, collection, and analyses to monitor and assess MCO performance in the areas of medical necessity denials, First Episode Psychosis, and contracting.
7. Contribute in the development of programs and policies using data analytics.
9. Write summary reports for management and other stakeholders.
10. Produce maps to support geographic data analyses.
11. Prepare ppt presentations for OMH leadership use.
