Description:

Primary tasks - Assistance with OCFS implementation of programs associated with Executive Order 88 (EO-88) include:
* Retrieving, reviewing and interpreting utility-company energy-bills and data.
* Performing data entry from utility bills into OCFS FREE (Asset Management database)

Secondary tasks - Assistance with Bureau project documents management associated with:
* Restructuring/reorganizing Bureau archive of hard-copy project documents.
* Implementing new naming convention for electronic documents
* Implementing electronic documents transfer from outgoing G-Drive document-repository to incoming FREE database document-repository.
