Description:
Legal internship with OHMS working with Administrative Law Judges. Legal interns are assigned to and work on specific cases and other projects with the Deputy Commissioner, the Chief Administrative Law Judge, the Administrative Law Judges, and the Hearings Counsel, in one or more areas of environmental law and administrative law. These assignments require extensive research and writing. Legal interns within OHMS may also be called upon to draft administrative orders and decisions. The internship is similar to a judicial clerkship.
