Proposal Information

Description:

Under the supervision of an Analyst, review routine and custom analytic queries and reports in support of agency operations utilizing information systems including but not limited to: Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (BI Apps), Vulnerable Persons Central Register (VPCR); as well as other relational data systems.
Specific duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Learning and understanding state operations involving the reporting and investigation of abuse and neglect incidents involving New York State's most vulnerable populations.
- Review reports in a Business Intelligence environment associated with the incidence of abuse and neglect and the processing of non-criminal and criminal allegations involving abuse and neglect.
- Contribute to data integrity initiatives by analyzing exception reports to identify and reconcile errors and anomalies in agency data systems.
- Assist in data reconciliation.
