Description:
This project will require security guard program regulations, policies, and delivery methods be researched, reviewed, and updated as reporting methods and regulatory requirements will change. A strong IT background will assist in mastering the new data collection system, from both customer and internal perspectives. Training manuals and FAQ documents must be developed, issued, and tracked utilizing applicable software. Intern will regularly communicate via email, telephone and/or in-person with approved security guard training school directors and their staff. Best practice methods pertaining to distance learning program administration will be researched and documented. Formal reports will be prepared for the program supervisor's presentations before Office of Public Safety senior staff.
