Proposal Information

Description:

Under the supervision of the Intelligence Analyst, the incumbent will:

Implement a new course-specific assessment process at the SPTC. Our current process is centered around a standardized assessment template for all courses. These course-specific assessments done at different time intervals (based on the Kirkpatrick model using by DHS, FBI, and others)

Support for the new Complex Coordinated Terrorist Attack (CCTA) grant initiatives at the SPTC. DHSES recently received a competitive CCTA award from FEMA ($1.379 million). The programmatic activity under this grant is being coordinated by the SPTC.

Develop and implement a plan to better integrate technology into SPTC training offerings, including the use of GoPros so that responders can view and assess their training runs in Oriskany.
